Mark your calendars and make plans to attend these special covered dish dinners. Each dinner will be followed by a short program and a little bit of singing. These dinners are intended to be fun gatherings. Bring a friend! Dinners begin at 6:30 with the program and singing beginning at 7:15 Wednesday, November 14 Topic: Childhood memories. These do not have to be related to church, just things that you remember. Thursday November 29 Topic: Role models and heroes. Who were your role models and heroes? Do you still have them today or have they changed? Thursday, December 13 Topic: Christmas stories. Bring along your Christmas memories and share them with us! Wednesday, Feb 13 Topic: Why are you here? What brought you to the Church of the Transfiguration and what keeps you here? Share your stories. Wednesday, Feb. 20 What is your vision for the Church of the Transfiguration? Wednesday, Feb. 27 What can we do to assure that this church is here for future generations? Lenten dinner will continue through Lent on each Wednesday. Topics for the programs to be announced.
